) and i had time to pick up a magazine with a big article about finding the right gym and exercise routine and thought i really ought to get back to doing something again. no matter how much time i think i don't have, the words "more energy" always seem to motivate me to want to do something and that phrase in the article (which also said you have to work out for about a month to see a noticeable improvement) got me thinking that i really do want to get back to this. also at the end of the exam when my doctor said everything looks great and "no restrictions" it reminded me that maybe there were things he thought i might have wanted to do that i've been restricted from. ;)
